A retreat works best when leaders step away from the office without losing a day to travel. For DFW teams that usually means a venue within an hour or two, where everyone stays on site and the evenings are part of the work.
- We meet with you in person during discovery, and interview every leader one on one

Anywhere in the Metroplex and within a few hours' drive. We help you pick a venue that fits the group, from hotels and ranches near Fort Worth to lake and Hill Country properties, and we favor places where the whole team can stay on site.
Do you only work with DFW companies?
No. Everest is based in North Richland Hills and most of our retreats happen in Dallas–Fort Worth, and we also work with leadership teams across the United States.
How soon can we hold a retreat in DFW?
Plan on about eight weeks from the first conversation to retreat day. That covers discovery, a one-on-one with every leader and agenda sign-off.
