These terms apply to everestcollective.com and the Everest Discovery assessment (together, the “site”), run by Everest Collective, LLC (“Everest Collective,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our work, take Everest Discovery and contact us. When you use it, please:
- give accurate information in our forms.
- only share someone else’s contact details, such as when inviting a teammate, if they would expect it.
- follow the law.
Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it.
- use bots or scrapers to copy content or collect information from the site.
- send spam, false requests or harmful code through our forms.
We may limit or block access to the site for anyone who misuses it.
Everest Discovery
Everest Discovery is a short self-assessment of your leadership team across Connection, Clarity, Alignment and Execution. It is for general informational purposes only. Your results reflect the answers you give and are a starting point for conversation.
Everest Discovery and the other content on this site are not professional advice. They are not legal, financial, accounting, human resources, medical or mental health advice, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Decisions you make based on your results are your own.
Our services
The site describes our retreats, workshops, coaching and other services. Using the site or booking a conversation does not create a client relationship. Any work we do together will be covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Intellectual property
Everest Collective owns or has permission to use everything on the site, including text, images, video, the Everest Collective name and mark, and the Everest Discovery assessment and its results format. These are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may keep and share your own Discovery results within your organization. You may not copy, sell, republish or build other products from our content without our written permission.
What you send us
When you submit a form, take Everest Discovery or send us feedback, you allow us to use that information to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you share ideas or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them without owing you anything.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials, case studies and client stories on the site reflect the experiences of specific people and organizations. Every team is different, and your results may differ. They are not a promise or guarantee of any outcome. Client quotes appear with permission.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us, our Text Message Terms also apply.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and our podcast. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site or its content, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Everest Collective and its owners, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or Everest Discovery. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These limits do not affect any written agreement for our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
