Effective: October 9, 2026
Last updated: October 9, 2026

Everest Collective, LLC (“Everest Collective,” “we,” “us”) designs and facilitates executive leadership retreats and related leadership services for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use everestcollective.com, take the Everest Discovery assessment, fill out one of our forms, call our phone number or text us. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with and the choices you have.

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you have a question, email info@everestcollective.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, work email, phone number, company, title, the meeting time you request, the event you are interested in and any note you write to us.

Everest Discovery answers

Everest Discovery is a short assessment of your leadership team. When you choose to see your results, we save your answers: the challenges you select, your ratings for where your organization is today and where you want it to be, and any reflection you type. You do not need to give your name or email to see your results. If you later ask to talk through your results, we connect your answers to the contact details you give us.

If you invite a teammate to take Everest Discovery, we collect their name, their email and any note you add, and we email them the invitation. Please only invite people who would expect to hear from you.

Phone calls and voicemails

When you call our number, our phone provider gives us your phone number, the time and length of the call and which member of our team answered. Calls to our number may be recorded and transcribed. If you leave a voicemail, it is recorded and transcribed automatically, and our team is alerted so someone can call you back.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from us or text our number, we keep your mobile number, the messages you send us, the messages we send you and a record of your opt-in and opt-out choices.

Device, usage and referral information

When you visit our site, we and our hosting provider may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source). We save the referring page and campaign tags with your form or Discovery submission so we know how you found us.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that our site needs to work. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Videos embedded on our site use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Information from others

A colleague may give us your name and email when they invite you to take Everest Discovery or suggest you for one of our events.

How we use information

  • To respond to your requests, schedule conversations and follow up with you.
  • To alert our team the moment a request comes in so the right person can reach you quickly.
  • To call or text you about your request and scheduled meetings when you have agreed to that.
  • To show you your Everest Discovery results and help you compare them with your teammates.
  • To send the resources, event invitations and newsletters you ask for.
  • To plan and deliver our services and keep records of our relationship with you and your company.
  • To understand how people use our site and improve it.
  • To protect our site, our team and our visitors from spam, fraud and misuse.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business. They may use it only to provide their services to us. Here is who they are and what they do:

  • Database hosting: Supabase stores our contact records, Discovery results and client notes.
  • Website hosting: Vercel hosts our website and the systems behind our forms.
  • Phone calls and text messages: Twilio routes calls to our number, records and transcribes voicemails and sends and receives our text messages.
  • Website email: Resend sends the emails our website generates, such as booking confirmations and Discovery invitations.
  • Business email, calendars and meetings: Microsoft 365.
  • Team alerts: Pushover sends instant alerts about new requests and calls to our team’s phones.
  • Video playback: YouTube, owned by Google, plays the videos embedded on our site.

We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is needed to:

  • comply with the law, a court order or a valid legal request.
  • protect the rights, safety or property of Everest Collective, our clients or others.

If Everest Collective is ever part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction and remain covered by the promises in this policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer, as described below.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to respond to your request, schedule and remind you of meetings and continue conversations you start with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our full Text Message Terms explain the program.

Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing with third parties. Every category of sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

How long we keep information

We keep contact records, notes, Discovery results, call records, voicemail recordings and transcripts, and text messages for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you or your company, and as long as we need them to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them. We keep a record of opt-out requests so we can keep honoring them.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to our team members who need it, and we check that calls and texts reaching our systems come from our phone provider. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
