Great leaders step away to grow.
Leading a company can be lonely work. The people who report to you can’t always tell you the truth, and your peers inside the company have their own stake in the answer. A room of leaders from other companies can.
At the Collective Roundtable, Mike Fromhold and Brittany Tipton bring one idea from their years scaling companies and developing leaders, and the tables take it from there. At our Q1 gathering we talked about how vision fuels engagement, why clarity drives performance and what it takes to build a culture that produces results.
