The Everest Expedition
Worth the Climb.
Two or three days outside with a small group of executive leaders. Hard climbs, long views and honest conversations around the fire, and lessons about how you lead that you will carry home.

You learn how you lead when the trail gets hard.
A conference room shows how you lead when things are comfortable. A long day on the trail shows how you lead when you are tired, out of your element and depending on the people next to you.
Mike learned that firsthand when he finished Kokoro 53, SEALFIT’s 50-hour crucible built on Navy SEAL training. The Everest Expedition brings that same kind of shared challenge to executive leaders, at a level a healthy adult can take on, with time each day to talk about what the trail is teaching you.
What the days hold
- 01
The climb
Real physical challenge outdoors, the kind you finish proud of yourself and the people around you.
- 02

Evenings around the fire with honest conversation about leadership, life and what matters most.
- 04

Time to step back and look at your work, your team and your life from higher ground.
- 05
