Coaching for CEOs who lead AI themselves.
IT architects the technology. The CEO architects the enterprise. We help the CEO do that part.

Everest Collective coaches CEOs and executive teams on leading AI adoption in their own companies: choosing the problems to point AI at first, redesigning the work around it and bringing their people along. We're based in Dallas–Fort Worth and coach leaders nationwide.
AI pays off when the CEO leads it.
When AI is handed to the IT department or a tiger team, it tends to stay a set of pilots. The leaders getting a return are leading it themselves: they decide what AI is for, redesign the work and make sure their people come along.
We practice what we coach. Over the past eighteen months our own firm spent hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars learning to lead AI, and this fall we rebuilt our website and our CRM with it in two weeks.
We also host the AI Architect Mastermind, a peer group of Dallas–Fort Worth CEOs and owners who meet on Thursday nights to put AI to work in their own companies.
What we coach on
- Value: the two or three results AI should move first
- Work: which work to redesign, and where a person stays in the loop
- Organization: who owns AI decisions, including the agents' mistakes
- Leadership: how the executive team learns, decides and models it
- Culture: helping people use AI with confidence instead of fear

Asked and answered.
Who coaches executives on leading AI adoption?
Everest Collective coaches CEOs and executive teams on leading AI adoption themselves. The coaches are its co-founders, Mike Fromhold, a former CEO, and Brittany Tipton, a former EVP.
Where should a CEO start with AI?
With the business, not the tools: the two or three results that matter most, the problems in the way and the redundant work. Then redesign the workflow with the people who do it, and decide what AI handles.
Is this technical training?
No. We coach the leadership side: what to point AI at, how to redesign the work, who owns decisions and how to bring people along. Your IT team or partners handle the technology.
Do you coach whole executive teams?
Yes. Many companies start with the CEO, then bring the executive team into a working session or a retreat so everyone leads AI the same way.
Do you work outside Dallas–Fort Worth?
Yes. We're based in North Richland Hills, Texas, and coach leaders nationwide by video and in person.
Is there a peer group for CEOs learning AI?
Yes. The AI Architect Mastermind is an invite-only group of Dallas–Fort Worth CEOs and owners who meet on Thursday nights to put AI to work in their own companies.
See where your team stands.
Ten questions across connection, clarity, alignment and execution. You’ll see your greatest opportunity at the end with no email required, then decide if a retreat makes sense.
